TUITION AND FEES
Payment
Payment is always due in advance with no deduction for any absences, holidays, or closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other situations beyond my control. Payment is due as outlined in the Enrollment Agreement. Part-time care only $10.00 an hour will be added for each additional hour needed after 4 hours of care.
Field trips are an extra charge
Late Pick-up Fees
It is very important that parents keep their daily routine so that children will know to rely on a scheduled pick-up and drop-off. Late pick-up is not a normal program option and will only be considered as an exceptional occurrence. Late fees of $5.00 per every 5 minutes and will be assessed beginning at 6:31 PM and will be due upon arrival. These fees are put in place to benefit you and your children. Late fees are due the same day of the lateness if fees are not paid by the close of business day, your child/children will not be allowed to return to the daycare until the fees are paid in full. To all the parents who attend or will be attending the daycare your payments are due regardless of unexcused absences or vacations. This ensures you have a place to bring your child/children back too when you return from your vacation. There is a 24hour notice to all vacation time if you fail to give notice you will be charged your rate plus an additional fee for not notifying the daycare. Childcare will not be provided if your payment is not made. There are no deductions for missed days. Absolutely No Exception!
Payment Enforcement
All payments are due Monday mornings on your child/children’s day of arrival and all payments are to be made in the form of credit, debit via invoice only! You are allotted 10 hours of care for example (if your work hours are from 7am-3pm, your child can be at the daycare no earlier than 6am and picked up by 4pm). All payments are due according to the pay schedule; this insures your children’s place in the daycare facility. Failure to pay for the days you agreed to according to your contract will cause you to forfeit your contract therefore canceling childcare services for your child/children. No Exception!
Changes to Schedule/Special Activity Fees
We meet with the parents twice a year once in June and again in September, during this time parents are taking vacations and transitioning their children for school. Please meet with us to discuss your schedule or any changes you would like to make. If there is a change in scheduling you must notify the Director 24-hours in advance, rates will be applied accordingly. Remember weekend care is given monthly if you are considering using weekend time you will be charged additional fees for those days. If you work every other weekend and receive subsidy, care is only paid by CCIS for two weekends only. If you need more than two weekends out of the month you will be responsible for payment for the weekends not covered by CCIS. Notice for weekend care is given 24-hours in advance.
From time-to-time there will be additional fees associated with special activities or field trips. These fees are due prior to the event, activity or trip.
Late Payment Charges
Late payments can pose serious problems for my program. Therefore, I have put procedures in place to reduce their impact.
If payment is not received on the day that it is due, a late fee of $15.00 will be added for each day that it is late. If your account has not been paid in full within 5 business days, your child may be discharged from my program. If you receive subsidy from CCIS they will be notified immediately of nonpayment.
If payment is more than 10 business days past due, I may attempt to recover payment in small claims court and/or your account may be sent to a 3rd party collection agency. You will be responsible for all expenses associated with these actions including all court and attorney fees.
Returned Checks/Rejected Transaction Charges
All returned checks or rejected ACH (automatic debits) or credit card transactions will be charged a fee of $35.00 (paid with cash or money order only). If we receive (1) returned check tuition will be in a “A MONEY ORDER OR CASH ONLY BASIS” Two or more returned checks or rejected transactions will result in your account being placed on “cash only” status. In the New Year we are trying to except payments in the form of debit, credit, check, money order, cashier checks to avoid from having cash on site. Please allow time in the mornings during drop-off for this process.
Forms of payments include: Credit, Debit via invoice only.
Refund Procedure
Fees are non-refundable.

Infants 6 weeks to 12 months $75.00 per day- $375.00 weekly
Young Toddlers 13 months to 24 months $65.00 per day- $325.00 weekly
Older Toddlers 25 months-36 months $60.00 per day- $300.00 weekly
Preschool 37 months to date child enters Kindergarten $55.00 per day- $275.00 weekly
Before & After School Care Kindergarten up to 13th birthday School Year $40.00 per day- $200.00 weekly
PART-TIME/SUMMER ALL AGES
Summer Only Kindergarten up to 13th birthday $40.00 per day- $200.00 weekly
Part-Time hours for Infants 0-12-month Max. 4 hour $15.00 per hour $60.00 per day- $300.00 weekly
Part-Time Hours 13 months-24 months Mas. 4 hours $13.00 per hour $52.00 per day- $260.00 weekly
Part-Time Hours 25 months-36 months Max. 4 hours $12.00 per hour $48.00 per day/$240.00 weekly
Part-Time Hours 37 months- Kindergarten $10.50 per hour $42.00 per day/ $210.00 weekly
Part-Time Hours School Year Kindergarten- 13th Birthday $10.00 per hour $40.00 per day/$200.00 weekly
Part-Time care is charged a fee of $10.00 for 4 hours of care only.
DROP IN (DAILY)
Drop-In Care Fees are based on if we have room for your child in his/her age group/class, so please call 24 hours in advance to ensure that space is available. Drop-in Fee
Drop-ins: $65.00 per day paid in advance /debit card only.
Part-Time care is a charge of $10.00 per 4 hours of care only. Must advise that if you are full-time and have completed your 10 hours you will be charged $10.00 per additional hour needed for care . This offer must be stated in your initial contract.
Late fees are $5.00 per every 5 minutes that your are late.
Field trips are an extra charge.
